The brief
An interior designer brought us in early on a full renovation. The brief: cabinetry that disappears into the architecture, feels original to the house, but operates like a modern German kitchen behind the scenes. Six rooms; one finish standard across the whole home.
Process highlights
Shaker fronts with hand-applied paint, soft-close European hardware underneath. The library gets a rolling ladder; the primary closet has a marble-topped island with integrated lighting; the kitchen butler's pantry hides an entire prep-and-prep-cleanup operation behind a single panel of cabinetry. Color and finish standardized across all six rooms.
