Start your project →Five kitchen styles. One standard of precision.
Modern
Clean lines, handleless fronts, and integrated hardware. Modern kitchens by SET Form pair European-style millwork with American craftsmanship — built to feel timeless, not trendy.
Handleless
A continuous, sculptural surface. Handleless kitchens use precision-routed grooves and push-to-open mechanisms — a defining detail of contemporary Miami architecture.
Shaker
Quiet, considered, made to outlast trends. Our shaker kitchens are built with traditional joinery and finished in custom paint colors — a foundation for Miami's classical and transitional homes.
Two-tone
Wood meets paint. Brass meets matte. Two-tone kitchens layer materials and finishes to define zones — island, base, uppers — without losing visual calm.
Outdoor kitchens
Built to survive Miami sun, salt, and humidity. Marine-grade plywood, stainless steel hardware, and finishes engineered to last in the climate where they live.

Questions, answered.
How much does a custom kitchen cost in Miami?
Custom kitchens at SET Form range from $35,000 to $250,000+ depending on size, materials, hardware, and complexity. A typical Brickell condo kitchen runs $50,000–$95,000; a full Coral Gables estate kitchen with marble island, integrated appliances, and brass hardware lands around $150,000–$250,000. We give you an exact price after the design phase, with no hidden costs.
How long does it take to design and build a custom kitchen?
A typical custom kitchen takes 8 to 12 weeks from design approval to installation. Smaller condo kitchens can finish in 6 weeks; complex installations with custom hardware or stone countertops can take 14+ weeks. Design phase is 2–4 weeks; in-house fabrication 4–6 weeks; installation 1 week. We share a milestone calendar before the first invoice.
What's the best cabinet material for Miami's humidity?
Marine-grade plywood with edge-banded MDF fronts is our standard for the Miami climate. It resists swelling and de-laminating in coastal humidity in a way that standard particleboard cannot. Solid hardwoods are available for shaker and traditional styles but require interior climate control. We never use particleboard — it's not suited for South Florida.
What kitchen hardware brands do you use?
Blum (Austria), Hettich (Germany), Häfele (Germany), and Salice (Italy) — the same European premium hardware used in Italian luxury kitchens like Poliform and SieMatic. Soft-close drawers and doors are standard on every SET Form project. We also custom-source brass and stainless steel handles when the design calls for them.
Italian vs American vs European cabinetry — what's the difference?
Italian (e.g. Pedini, Poliform) tends toward lacquered handleless aesthetics, often imported and freight-sensitive. American semi-custom usually means face-frame construction and shaker styles. European frameless is the engineering language we use — full-overlay doors, adjustable hardware, modular interior fittings. SET Form combines European construction with American on-shore production and Miami-specific material choices.
Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes. We have a dedicated Trade Program with priority lead times, shop drawings (DWG or PDF), trade pricing, and an optional white-label arrangement where SET Form stays invisible to the end client. Many of our kitchens are collaborations with Miami's top design studios. See /for-trade/ for the full benefits and intake process.
What's the warranty on a SET Form kitchen?
Two years on cabinetry construction (joinery, finishes, structural integrity) and one year on hardware (hinges, slides, push-to-open mechanisms). Premium hardware brands like Blum carry their own lifetime mechanical warranty separate from ours. We handle hardware warranty claims on your behalf as part of the service.
Can I see my kitchen before you build it?
Yes — every SET Form kitchen includes a precise 3D rendering and an immersive VR walk-through. You step through your finished kitchen at human scale, see every material and finish under real lighting conditions, and approve every detail before a single board is cut. Unlimited iterations in the design phase are included.
Do you handle the appliances and countertops?
We coordinate with your chosen appliance and stone fabrication suppliers; SET Form fabricates the cabinetry and ensures every cutout, clearance, and tolerance is correct for the appliances and slabs going in. We have working relationships with Miami's premium suppliers (Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Calacatta Florida marble shops) and can manage that scope on request.
Where do you build the kitchens?
Every SET Form kitchen is engineered, cut, assembled, and pre-finished in our own Miami workshop before installation. We don't outsource fabrication — that's how we control quality, lead times, and material sourcing. Designers, architects, and serious clients are welcome to visit during construction by appointment.
