Two formats. Both built for Miami living.

  • Floating Vanities

Wall-mounted vanities that float above the floor, opening up the room visually and making cleaning effortless. Available in marine-grade plywood, solid wood veneer, or lacquer — with integrated LED toe-kick lighting as a standard option.

  • Double Vanities

His-and-hers, side-by-side, or separated by a make-up zone. Double vanities are designed to give two people their own zone while keeping a continuous architectural line — same hardware, same finish, no visible seams.

Questions, answered.

  • What's the best material for a bathroom vanity in Miami?

Marine-grade plywood with edge-banded fronts and humidity-rated lacquer is our standard for South Florida. It survives steam, splashes, and year-round high humidity in ways MDF and particleboard can't. Solid hardwoods can work when finished with a marine-grade sealant; we don't use particleboard in any wet area.

  • How much does a custom bathroom vanity cost in Miami?

Single vanities at SET Form start at $4,500 (3–4 ft, marine plywood, lacquered, integrated soft-close). Mid-range single vanities with stone top, brass hardware, and integrated lighting run $7,000–$12,000. Double vanities with premium materials and lighting range $12,000–$30,000+.

  • How long does a custom bathroom vanity take?

Typical lead time is 5 to 8 weeks from design approval to installation. Design phase 1–2 weeks; fabrication 3–5 weeks; install 1–2 days. Larger double-vanity installations or projects requiring custom stone fabrication may extend to 10 weeks.

  • Do you install the plumbing as well?

No — SET Form fabricates and installs the vanity itself; your licensed plumber handles all water and drain connections. We coordinate cutouts (faucet holes, P-trap clearances) so your plumber finishes the hookup cleanly. On request we recommend Miami plumbers we've worked with before.

  • Can I get an integrated sink or under-mount?

Both are available. Under-mount sinks (porcelain, fireclay, or solid-surface) are most common with stone tops; integrated solid-surface sinks (one-piece cast counter + bowl) give a more contemporary, seamless look. We coordinate the slab template with your stone fabricator so the cutout is exact.

  • What hardware do you use for bathroom vanities?

Blum and Hettich soft-close hinges and undermount drawer slides as standard. For pulls, we offer matte black, brushed brass, polished chrome, and custom-source brass options depending on the design. All hardware is rated for humid environments; we don't spec finishes that tarnish or pit in coastal air.

  • What stone tops do you recommend for Miami bathrooms?

Calacatta and Carrara marble for traditional and modern luxury; quartzite (Taj Mahal, Mont Blanc) for similar visual with better stain resistance; quartz engineered surfaces (Caesarstone, Silestone) for high-traffic family bathrooms. We don't recommend honed marble next to hard-water taps — etching shows quickly in Miami water chemistry.

  • Can you match an existing vanity or cabinet in the home?

Often, yes. We can match wood species, stain, and finish if the original maker shares specs or we receive a physical sample. For unusual finishes we color-match in our workshop. Photo + sample yields the most reliable match — we'll confirm feasibility in the design phase.

  • What's the warranty on a SET Form bathroom vanity?

Two years on cabinetry construction and finishes; one year on hardware. Blum hardware carries an additional lifetime mechanical warranty handled directly through Blum. Stone tops carry their fabricator's warranty (typically 1 year for installation, 15 years for material on engineered surfaces).

  • Do you work with interior designers on bathroom projects?

Yes — bathroom vanities are often part of larger designer-led renovations. The Trade Program at /for-trade/ includes shop drawings, trade pricing, and white-label options. Designers can submit elevations and material preferences; we deliver renderings and budget within 5 business days.
