Walk-in Closets
Full-room closets with island-based organization, custom lighting, and integrated drawers. We design for everything from minimalist 6×8 walk-ins to full dressing-room suites.
Built-in Wardrobes
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes that integrate flush into the architecture. Sliding doors, hinged panels, or handleless — all built to your wall dimensions, not stock module widths.
Dressing Rooms
When a closet becomes a room of its own. Marble-topped islands, custom lighting, soft-close everything. Engineered for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Questions, answered.
How much does a custom walk-in closet cost in Miami?
Custom walk-in closets at SET Form typically range from $8,000 to $45,000+ depending on size, materials, and detail level. A standard 6×8 walk-in with hanging, drawers, and shelving runs $12,000–$22,000. Premium dressing rooms with marble-topped island, integrated lighting, and soft-close everything can run $35,000+.
How long does a custom closet take to design and install?
Most closets are installed within 4 to 8 weeks from design approval. Design phase is 1–2 weeks; in-house fabrication 2–4 weeks; installation 1–3 days. We typically build closets alongside larger projects (kitchens, full renovations) when scheduled together to consolidate site visits.
Do you handle small condo closets in Brickell or Aventura?
Yes — Brickell, Aventura, and Sunny Isles condos often have constrained spaces, and that's where custom design pays off most. We've built closets in spaces as small as 4×6 feet, with full hanging, drawer, and accessory zones. Smaller projects start around $8,000–$15,000.
What materials do you use for closets in Miami's humidity?
Marine-grade plywood with humidity-rated lacquer finishes is our standard. Solid wood is available for face frames and details where humidity is controlled (typically interior bedrooms). For walk-ins that share air with a bathroom or back of house, we use moisture-tolerant cores and edge-band every visible edge to prevent swelling.
Can you match existing cabinetry in my home?
Often, yes. We can match wood species, stain, and finish if the original maker can share specifications. For unusual finishes we color-match in our workshop using physical samples. Send us a photo and a small sample if possible — we'll confirm feasibility within the design phase.
What's the difference between a walk-in closet and built-in wardrobe?
A walk-in is a separate room you enter, often with an island and full lighting. A built-in wardrobe integrates into a bedroom wall — floor-to-ceiling, flush-mounted, with sliding or hinged doors. Walk-ins generally need 35+ sq ft to feel functional; wardrobes work in any space with one continuous wall (8+ linear feet ideal).
What hardware do you use for closet drawers and doors?
Blum and Hettich soft-close hinges and undermount drawer slides are our standard — the same hardware specified by European luxury closet brands like Poliform and Misuraemme. We also offer push-to-open systems for handleless wardrobe fronts, and brass or matte black handles when the design calls for them.
Do you include lighting in custom closets?
Yes — integrated LED strip lighting (under-shelf, in-drawer, behind hanging rods) is standard on premium walk-ins and dressing rooms, with motion sensors as an upgrade. We coordinate with your electrician for power runs; final electrical hookup is handled by them, but cabinetry-side cable routing is part of our scope.
What's the warranty on a SET Form closet?
Two years on cabinetry (construction, finishes, structural integrity) and one year on hardware. Premium hardware brands like Blum carry their own lifetime mechanical warranty. We handle hardware warranty claims on your behalf.
Do you work with interior designers on closet projects?
Yes — many of our closet projects are designer-led. The Trade Program at /for-trade/ includes shop drawings, trade pricing, and a white-label option. Designers can submit a mood board and dimensions; we deliver a 3D rendering and budget within 5 business days.
