Process

From idea to install — engineered every step.

Most cabinetry companies hand you a quote and a guess. We hand you a precise 3D rendering, a clear timeline, and a workshop you can visit.

  1. Step 01

    Consultation

We meet — at your home, your designer's office, or our Miami showroom. We listen, we measure, we discuss budget, timing, materials. By the end of the first meeting, you'll know whether we're the right fit.

    Duration
    45–90 min
    Cost
    Free
    On-site consultation
  2. Step 02

    3D Design + VR walk-through

Once you commit to the project, we build a precise 3D model of your space, with every material, finish, and hardware choice rendered to scale. You walk through it in VR — see the cabinetry from every angle, at human height, before any material is ordered. We iterate until the design is exactly what you want.

    Duration
    2–4 weeks
    Includes
    Unlimited revisions in design phase
    3D render → reality (split-screen)
    VR
  3. Step 03

    In-house fabrication

Construction happens in our own Miami workshop. We don't outsource — that's how we control quality, lead time, and material sourcing. Every piece is cut, assembled, finished, and quality-checked under one roof.

    Duration
    4–6 weeks
    Materials
Materials: premium plywood, solid wood, custom finishes, European hardware
    Workshop b-roll (CNC + joints + hand-finishing)
  4. Step 04

    White-glove installation

Our installation team delivers, installs, and finishes the project — with floor protection, daily cleanup, and project management. We don't leave until you're satisfied.

    Duration
    3–7 days
    Warranty
    2-year cabinetry warranty, 1-year hardware
    Install team on site

Design Process

See it before we build it.

Every SET Form project starts with a precise 3D render and an immersive VR walk-through. You see your finished cabinetry exactly as it will be — from every angle, at human scale, in real lighting — before a single board is cut. Unlimited revisions during the design phase mean we get to a result that's exactly right, not 'close enough'.
