Trade Program FAQ
How do I join the Trade Program?
Email trade@setform.us or submit your business credentials through the trade form below. We typically approve within 2 business days. We'll need: business name, state license / registration, type of practice (interior design, architecture, development), and 1–2 reference projects (links or PDFs).
What documentation do I need to submit a project?
Plans, dimensions, material preferences, and a rough budget range. The more detail, the faster we can give you a real number. For larger or more complex projects, a site visit (or virtual walk-through) gets us to an accurate budget within 5 business days.
Can you handle out-of-state projects?
Our primary service area is South Florida (60-mile radius from Miami). For larger commercial or hospitality projects, we can work outside that radius with adjusted pricing for transport and travel. Multi-state development programs are accepted case-by-case.
What's the typical lead time for a trade project?
Standard residential: 8–12 weeks design-to-install. Trade Program members get priority slotting on the production calendar; in practice this means 1–2 weeks faster lead times when we have capacity, and earlier visibility into our build schedule for project planning.
Do you provide 3D renderings as part of the design phase?
Yes — every project includes a precise 3D rendering before fabrication, and a VR walk-through on request. Renderings are shared in your preferred format (still images, 360° tour, or VR-headset compatible).
Can you fabricate to my shop drawings instead of designing from scratch?
Yes. We accept DWG or PDF shop drawings from licensed designers or architects. We'll review for fabrication feasibility, flag any concerns, and quote based on the documented spec. Common for architect-led projects where the design language is already fully defined.
